Your impact

The Resourcing Support Specialist role supports workforce planning, resource management, client onboarding coordination, and workforce systems administration by ensuring accurate workforce data, efficient onboarding processes, and effective utilization of enterprise resourcing tools. The role serves as a central point of coordination between resources, business stakeholders, and workforce management processes, facilitating resource onboarding, staffing support, workforce reporting, and system maintenance activities. A key responsibility of the role is supporting and maintaining the Program Resourcing Integration and Management Environment (PRIME) and associated workforce management solutions, including Power Apps and automation tools that enable workforce operations. Through workforce data governance, application support, onboarding coordination, reporting, and process improvement, the role contributes to organizational efficiency, workforce readiness, and the successful deployment and integration of resources across a variety of business and project environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Assistin maintenanceand supportoftheProgram Resourcing Integration and Management Environment (PRIME) and associated workforce management applications.
• Perform routine Power Apps maintenance, configuration updates, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancement support.
• Validate workforce and onboarding data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Review, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, and data quality issues across workforce systems.
• Serve as a liaison between resources, onboarding stakeholders, and workforce management teams throughout the onboarding process.
• Coordinate workforce onboarding activities, including documentation tracking, requirements management, status monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to resourcesregardingonboarding requirements, system access, and workforce processes.
• Maintain workforce records and ensuretimelyupdates within workforce management platforms and enterprise data systems.
• Monitor staffing requests and support resource assignment and deployment activities.
• Generate workforce reports,supportdashboards, and performance metrics to support resource planning and operational decision-making.
• Support workflow automation initiatives through administration and maintenance of Power Automate solutions.
• Assistwith testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities for new system features and process enhancements.
• Manage user access requests and support security role administration within workforce management applications.
• Develop andmaintainprocess documentation, user guides, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Here's what you'll need

Experience Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Typically 3-7 years of experience in workforce management, resource coordination, onboarding administration, business operations, system administration, or related functions.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, utilities, infrastructure, consulting, professional services, or project delivery organizations preferred.
• Experience with workforce planning, onboarding coordination, resource administration, data management, reporting, business process support, and enterprise application administration.

68,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

89,250.00

The base salary range for this position is $68,000.00 to $89,250.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
