AI Governance & Security Architect
Join our team to lead AI governance and security initiatives in a financial setting. This hybrid role based in the Midwestern United States involves developing frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with regulations, and safeguarding data. Your expertise in AI lifecycle management will be crucial in driving automation and modernization efforts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions securely across platforms.
Define and implement enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks. Develop and enforce security standards aligned with regulatory requirements. Partner with teams to create policies for AI model management and compliance. Oversee secure deployment of AI solutions in diverse environments. Lead AI security incident response and ensure regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology governance. Proven track record in implementing governance frameworks and compliance programs. Familiarity with financial regulations and security requirements. Experience with AI/ML lifecycle management and data governance principles. Proficiency in cloud-native AI/ML platforms and security frameworks.
