About the role We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to join Fivetran + dbt Labs and own the technical relationship with our ISV partner ecosystem.

This is a global, product-facing partner role rather than a regional field role. You will be the person who decides — with our product team — what we build with our ISV partners and in what order, and the person who explains the combined dbt + Fivetran product offering to that ecosystem. The ISVs in scope span business intelligence, semantic and metrics consumption, catalog and metadata, governance, observability, activation, and the fast-growing set of AI and agent platforms building against our metadata and MCP surfaces. Success in this role will require developing a defensible prioritization point of view, a coherent technical narrative, and a repeatable way to enable partner architects and sellers. Internally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. You will work with product managers across both product lines, with the partner development managers who own the commercial ISV relationships, and with regional Partner Solutions Architects who carry ISV motions into their geographies. This is a full-time, remote-based position in California. What you'll do - Own the prioritization of partner product priorities across the ISV ecosystem for the entire product suite, working in partnership with product management to translate ecosystem demand into a sequenced, defensible roadmap input. - build and maintain a single, current view of ISV integration state, gaps, and opportunities across the combined platform — ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent interfaces. - Own the capability and technical messaging of the combined dbt + Fivetran platform to the ISV ecosystem, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value narrative partners use with their own customers. - Serve as the primary technical counterpart to ISV partner solution architect teams, and partner product leaders, and run the technical cadence with our top ISV relationships.
