As a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with CareMaster Medical Services, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional in-home medical and attendant care to patients in the Griffin, GA area. With a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 and weekly payroll, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize your well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care activities for patients as directed in their care plans

• Utilize Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Electronic Clinical Documentation to streamline your workflow

• Use your smartphone for easy documentation

• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on timely, professional, and courteous service.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia

• Minimum one year of experience as a nurse (preferred)

• Current CPR certification card

• Annual PPD report

• Proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card, for example)

• Passing Medication Proficiency Exam

• Completion of CareMaster Registry requirements

Job Requirements:

• CPR certification

• First Aid certification

• Clean background check

• Driver's License

• Vehicle insurance

• PPD certification

• Smartphone with downloading capabilities

• Attendance required at annual evaluations

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented

• Punctual

• Reliable

Additional Requirements:

• Nursing experience: 1 year (required)

• LPN License (required)
