Technical Customer Support Representative Work Schedule Training: 100% onsite (Monday-Friday) After Training: Hybrid Job Overview We're hiring Technical Customer Support Representatives to assist clients and advisors with web-based tools and online services. You'll handle inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, educate users on company systems, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee after the contract period. Key Responsibilities Answer high-volume inbound customer calls. Troubleshoot and resolve web-based technical issues. Guide clients through online tools and systems. Accurately document customer interactions. Escalate complex technical issues when necessary. Manage multiple cases while providing outstanding customer service. Continuously learn new systems, tools, and processes.
