Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN/Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) at Aspire Senior Living New Florence provides physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating residents and families on exercises. Physical Therapist (PT) works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care. About the Role Opportunity to work with a diverse population of seniors in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. Physical Therapist (PT) schedule: Per Diem with varying shifts and days. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Educate residents and their families on safe and effective exercises. Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and services provided. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Experience as a Physical Therapist preferred. Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
