Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals (client requirement). Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Ability to work productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations one hour (client expectation). Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment start is required for new travelers; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process).

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Schedule Notes: Clinic schedule may include 4x10 options; must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM. Typical Guarantee: 40 hours per week (client stated guarantee). Duration: 13- to 26-week assignment. EMR: Raintree.
