Paradise Lost is a cocktail bar located in the East Village of New York City. One-part world class cocktail bar, one-part tropical nightmare, Paradise Lost is here to show New York one helluva good time! Not for the faint of heart, our devilish little bar contains ancient idols, volcanic eruptions, howling wolves, and some of the best cocktails this side of the Abyssal Plane!
We have a rare opening for AM Juice & Garnish Prep and are looking for the perfect fit of professionalism, style, and skill to fill our ranks before the gates open each day.
The Role Full/Part Time | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $18/hour
You'll be the one receiving and storing our daily produce, juicing fresh citrus and produce (lime, lemon, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, celery), and cutting garnishes with sharp knife skills and an even sharper eye for detail. You'll work closely with our bar team to make sure every station is set up for success.
What You Bring
- Prior kitchen, bar, or prep experience preferred
- Clean, confident knife skills
- Ability to move fast and work independently in a high-standards environment
- Strong communication
- Reliability
- Knowledge of produce ordering and inventory.
