Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers promptly and accurately.
• Greet customers courteously and address their service needs and questions.
• Maintain detailed records of appointments and service requests using dealership management software.
• Communicate appointment details clearly to the service department staff.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
• Assist in managing workflow to optimize service department efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an appointment scheduling or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
