Asset Movement Specialist/ Administrative

LHH recruitment solutions are hiring for an asset movement specialist in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is searching for an asset movement specialist with a strong background in data entry, admin, and customer service. This position is working fully in office with a client that offers excellent benefits. Responsibilities to include:

· Advise our financial professionals about what is needed to process their customers' requests.

· Document any discrepancies and upload e-mails and make notes in internal comments.

· Ensures assigned items are processed within the required time frame.

· Reports on technical issues to respective IT departments.

· Research matters by reviewing applicable resources.

· Phone calls- return VM within 2 hours

· E-mails- return within 2 hours

You are a great fit if:

· Prior financial services background

· Strong data entry and customer service skills

· Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or relevant work experience
