Client Services Specialist

We’re seeking a Client Services Specialist who brings warmth, professionalism, and relationship-building instincts to every interaction—representing our team at the closing table and in the community. NOTE: This role requires at least one year of experience in external sales, customer service, or the Real Estate Title industry. This is a client-facing role. What you… own Client relationships: build and nurture connections with new and existing clients, learning their needs and delivering a closing experience that keeps them coming back to Northwest. Closing excellence: perform notary closings—both in-office and on location—with precision, professionalism, and a focus on an exceptional experience for all parties. At least 50% of your time will be dedicated to conducting notary closings. Document management: prepare, organize, execute, and ship closing packages with strict attention to accuracy and completeness. CRM ownership: diligently maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track client activity, communication, and follow-up. Community presence: represent Northwest at industry events, on social media, and through networking activities that build goodwill and name recognition in your market. Team collaboration: partner closely with Closing Services teams to create a multi-layered client relationship that reflects Northwest's values at every touchpoint.
