Senior Business Analyst

This position can be based in one of the following locations: Arlington, VA; Auburn, WA; Bellevue, WA; Colorado Springs, CO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Oklahoma City, OK; Plano, TX; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support systems onboarding, backend administration, access validation, and compliance activities
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to coordinate issue resolution and technical support
• Perform troubleshooting, triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions
• Monitor systems and support cleanup activities to maintain data integrity and stability
• Support SAP updates, coordination, and validation activities
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and apply structured process methods and tools
• Apply basic process, data, and systems architecture concepts
• Influence stakeholders and support change efforts across diverse audiences
• Research procedures and guidelines to support strategic planning efforts
• Apply current strategic initiatives to process improvement activities
• Plan and schedule assigned work (Project Management)
• Contribute to programs, projects, sustainment, and implementation activities
• Review business requirements, coordinate testing schedules, and assist with test script preparation
• Provide Testing COE support, including SIT/UAT coordination, execution support, and defect tracking
• Use project and program management tools and best practices to support project leaders
• Collect task status and create visibility materials for projects as needed
• Comply with documentation standards and frameworks
• Identify opportunities to eliminate, consolidate, and simplify process documents
• Support the transition to evolving data and information management standards
• Assist with reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation
• Develop or support process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools
• Support teams in improving or integrating with existing process architecture
• Support subsidiary engagement across internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to Lean and automation projects to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support A2R sustainment activities as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) value stream in a SAP S/4 environment
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including charts/graphs, macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with all levels and disciplines of an organization to resolve issues
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 3 years of experience as a systems administrator
• Experience in functional testing

Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
