Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Preferred High school diploma, Essential Experience: 5 years of experience in consumer lending operations experience in a financial institution, Essential 3 years of experience in leadership, Essential Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Essential Knowledge of LOS systems and lending platforms, Preferred Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, Essential Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams, Essential Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving, Essential Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, Essential Physical Considerations Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and electronic formats with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instructions and information. May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on job duties. May involve repetitive motions, including keyboarding and handling office equipment. May require stooping, bending, squatting, or reaching occasionally. May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to navigate office environments, including walking between workstations, meeting rooms, and member service areas.
