Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) está buscando un Supervisor de Zona para liderar los equipos en el sitio y asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza. El supervisor interactuará con los clientes, asistirá con el reclutamiento y la capacitación de empleados, y realizará inspecciones de control de calidad. Las tareas adicionales incluyen mantener el inventario, garantizar la seguridad del edificio y documentar problemas para su resolución. Se requiere experiencia en limpieza/mantenimiento de edificios y en roles de supervisión. Se necesita capacidad para gestionar el cambio y usar buen juicio en un entorno de trabajo dinámico. Comunicación (hablar y escribir) en inglés y, donde sea necesario, ser bilingüe en español e inglés.
