Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager
Location: Columbia, SC (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with Extension

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.

• Minimum 5 years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources.

• Develop project plans, RAID logs, status reports, communication plans, and executive updates.

• Manage internal IT teams, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.

• Facilitate requirements sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Lead requirements gathering and document business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.

• Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows.

• Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch activities.

• Develop change management and communication plans.

• Prepare project charters, requirements documents, schedules, dashboards, and decision logs.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise IT project management experience.

• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

• Experience with process modeling and requirements analysis.

• Experience with UAT, implementation, and change management.

• Vendor and cross-functional team management experience.
