Job Title: Project Delivery Manager

Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to coordinate IT project delivery, manage schedules and risks, support requirements, and ensure project activities and deliverables are completed successfully.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• 3+ years of project management experience.

• 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance IT environment.

• Project planning experience involving technical effort estimation and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and delivery activities.

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.

• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.

• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Track project deliverables and milestones.

• Prepare project status reports and management documentation.

• Assist with requirements development.

• Coordinate project information across internal and external organizations.

• Support portfolio and program planning.

• Manage multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint and standard project management tools.

• Knowledge of Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.

• Experience with risk management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience preferred.

• PMP certification preferred.

Required Certifications

• None required. Recognized technical and project management certifications are desirable.
