Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing datasets, maintaining data quality, developing reports, supporting business initiatives, and communicating findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project-related datasets using trend analysis, data exploration, and outlier identification techniques.
• Review and verify unusual data points to maintain data quality.
• Document analytical logic, methodology, procedures, and results.
• Present analytical findings to project teams and organizational leadership.
• Perform analysis of operational and performance-related datasets.
• Develop quarterly and annual analytical reports according to established deadlines.
• Develop and maintain procedures for data management and verification.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for improving data processes.
• Analyze contract and performance monitoring datasets.
• Support organizational projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research, development, implementation, and evaluation activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, government organizations, external partners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and reports based on analytical findings.
• Participate in relevant training and professional development programs.
• Apply new skills and knowledge to improve assigned processes and responsibilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of research design, data collection, data manipulation, data analysis, and data presentation.
• Proficiency with SAS, Excel, and Python .
• Ability to analyze and interpret data using statistical and mathematical methods.
• Ability to identify trends and forecast potential future actions based on collected information.
• Ability to develop and present clear analytical reports.
• Ability to build effective professional relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with complex data systems and datasets.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, SAS, Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technical skills.

Required Education

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
