Data Analyst

Data AnalystInsight Global is seeking a Data Analyst for a large healthcare provider in Charleston, SC. This individual will perform advanced data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence functions supporting operational, financial, and clinical initiatives across physician practices. They will work directly with providers and stakeholders to transform healthcare data into actionable insights, identify performance improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Charleston, SC.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large healthcare datasets from EMR systems and other enterprise applications to identify trends, opportunities, and operational performance drivers.Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.Present data in a clear, actionable format for executives, operational leaders, and clinical teams.Write and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions.Partner with finance, operations, and clinical leadership to evaluate KPIs, identify process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.Gather reporting requirements from business users and deliver analytical solutions aligned with organizational goals.Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Conduct ad hoc analyses, trend investigations, and performance evaluations to support leadership decision-making.Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows and improve data accessibility using analytics tools and Python.Support forecasting, benchmarking, operational planning, and performance improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
