In this role, you'll travel between client sites in a company-provided van, using a wide range of trade skills to keep buildings safe, functional, and operating at peak performance. Job Duties: Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work order requirements Perform minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures Conduct routine painting and carpentry work to maintain a like-new appearance in client facilities Handle minor electrical tasks, including replacing switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures Carry out safety and asset inspections as assigned Use a tablet/smartphone to document work orders, submit reports, track time, and upload inspection photos Obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete assigned tasks Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service Attend required safety trainings and comply with regulatory and company standards Provide estimates for larger repair projects or services Perform additional duties as assigned "Employee's are very professional, friendly and job placement is fast and easy.
