As a Vocational Rehab Peer Support Specialist, you’ll empower individuals on their mental health recovery journey through authentic connection, hope, and practical support. The Vocational Rehab Peer Support Specialist is a Certified Peer Specialist who supports individuals in their recovery through advocacy, skills training, employment support, and coordination of services, meeting biweekly with a caseload of up to 20 clients. It includes documenting progress, facilitating groups, re‑engaging members, and maintaining peer certification. Services remain person‑centered and focus on helping individuals build recovery skills and utilize community resources.
