Job Details Category: Administrative/Clerical Position Type: Full-Time Location: 9000 Twin Silo Drive, US-PA-Blue Bell Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing the staffing schedule for all clinical personnel to ensure optimal coverage that meets resident care needs, regulatory standards, and budgetary guidelines based on actual census and Per Patient Day (PPD) metrics. Manages the payroll process by accurately tracking attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time clock activity. Provides clerical and administrative support to the department, while demonstrating a high degree of initiative and discretion in managing complex, sensitive, and confidential tasks within a dynamic healthcare environment.
