About the Role:

TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive restaurant success. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team
• Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall P&L to meet or exceed financial targets
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Drive sales growth through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and exceptional service
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, recognition, and retention
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a top-tier dining experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in a high-volume or buffet-style setting
• Proven track record of meeting financial goals including food cost and labor management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
