Our client is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist to support payroll and benefits administration for approximately 165 employees. This position is heavily focused on payroll processing and reporting, including bi-weekly payroll, payroll journal entries, employee deductions, benefits administration, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working with large datasets in Excel. Candidates should have payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and experience using an HRIS platform. ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred but not required. Benefits administration experience is a plus.
