Benefits Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day benefits administration across a broad range of employee benefit programs
- Manage and support increasingly complex employee leave requests and related administration
- Serve as a benefits resource for employees across multiple offices
- Partner with the benefits team to provide responsive and accurate employee support
- Assist with the organization’s transition from UKG to ADP
- Support additional benefits and HR-related initiatives as needed
Benefits Specialist Qualifications:
- Strong benefits administration experience
- Leave management experience is highly preferred
- Broad benefits or HR background with the ability to support multiple areas
- ADP experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting employees across multiple locations or business groups
- Flexible, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a small team
