2nd Shift Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

$16–$20/ hr | Temp-to-Hire | 2nd Chance Employer

Crucial Link is hiring  Production Associates for a growing food manufacturing company in Independence, Ohio. 

Pay ranges from $16–$20/hour , depending on experience, skills, and abilities.

$1.50/hr Shift Differential added to base pay

This is a 2nd Chance Employer that is willing to train motivated candidates and promote from within. The company offers opportunities in production, batching, machine operation, sanitation, warehouse, quality, and other areas as employees gain experience. 

Responsibilities may include:

• Working on production and packaging lines 
• Loading ingredients and materials 
• Operating or assisting with production equipment 
• Labeling, packing, and palletizing finished products 
• Inspecting products for quality 
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment 
• Following food safety and production procedures 
• Assisting with warehouse or material-handling duties as needed

Previous manufacturing or food production experience is  helpful, but not required. Training is available for the right candidates.

Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hr based on experience, skills, and abilities
