In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive off-page SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings, drive referral traffic, and enhance our online authority. You'll be a key player in our mission to dominate search results and connect with our target audience.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies including link building, content promotion, local SEO, and online reputation management.
• Identify and cultivate high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, content partnerships, broken link building, and competitor analysis.
• Conduct thorough backlink audits to identify toxic links and disavow them as needed.
• Monitor and analyze key off-page SEO metrics using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Keyword.com and Google Search Console to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
• Collaborate closely with our content and on-page SEO teams to ensure a holistic approach to SEO.
• Report on off-page SEO performance to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in off-page SEO, with a proven track record of successful link building campaigns.
• Deep understanding of various link building tactics and the ability to identify high-quality, relevant link opportunities.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword.com Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and outreach skills, with the ability to build relationships with external websites and influencers.
• A strong understanding of Google's Webmaster Guidelines and a commitment to ethical SEO practices.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• WordPress Experience
• Familiarity with content marketing principles and how they intersect with off-page SEO.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
