Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role supports daily production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is responsible for ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

 

Job Description

  • Support daily manufacturing and production operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
  • Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Assist with material handling, production processes, packaging, and related manufacturing activities.
  • Monitor production processes and report any quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and records as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions carefully and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Shift: 1st shift hours (6am-2pm) with overtime bas ed on downtime conditions

 

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency, including the ability to work with percentages and perform routine calculations.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.
  • Forklift operation experience or certification.
  • Experience working in environments with established quality and safety standards.

 

Education

  • Hi ghschool diploma or GED

 

Salary

  • $21 per ho ur (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
