Core Rhythm Fitness is a boutique fitness and nutrition company serving a high-performing New York clientele through personalized training, accountability, nutrition coaching, and transformational wellness experiences.

For over 13 years, CRF has built a reputation for delivering high-touch, results-driven service to professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, performers, and clients seeking more than a traditional fitness environment.

Founded by Broadway performer and wellness leader Rodrick Covington, CRF combines fitness, mindset, discipline, and community into a luxury wellness experience centered around sustainable transformation.

We are looking for exceptional Pilates Apparatus and Group Fitness professionals who are confident, client-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering elevated experiences every time they step into the room.

This is not the right fit for instructors who simply want to teach a class and leave. We are looking for professionals who understand hospitality-level service, relationship-building, accountability, and community.

What You’ll Do

As part of the CRF training team, you will:

• Deliver high-energy, technically strong Pilates Apparatus 1:1 sessions and/or Group Fitness classes
• Create safe, motivating, results-oriented experiences for clients of varying fitness levels
• Build strong client relationships rooted in accountability, encouragement, and trust
• Provide a polished, professional, 5-star client experience at every touchpoint
• Learn and embody CRF training methodologies and coaching standards
• Support client retention through consistency, communication, and relationship-building
• Collaborate closely with the CRF team to maintain a positive, welcoming studio culture
• Contribute to business growth through professionalism, visibility, networking, and community presence
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and flexibility within a boutique studio environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years teaching Pilates Apparatus and Group Fitness in a studio or gym environment
• Pilates Apparatus Certification required
• Nationally recognized certification required (ACE, NASM, AFAA, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-touch boutique fitness environment where professionalism, communication, and client experience matter
• Ability to adapt to different personalities, energy levels, and client needs
• Flexible availability based on studio and client needs

Preferred Qualities

Ideal candidates may have backgrounds in:

• Boutique fitness studios
• Performance arts/dance backgrounds
• Luxury wellness environments
• Hospitality or client-facing service
• Accountability-based coaching
• Community-driven fitness spaces

Schedule & Availability

Applicants should ideally have flexibility for:

• Morning availability Monday–Saturday
• Evening availability Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Occasional sub coverage and schedule flexibility
