REMOTE HR & STAFFING SUPPORT – HOME CARE

Schedule: Part-Time | Remote

Hours: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM

Additional Coverage: Rotating Weekends & On-Call

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an experienced home-care professional to provide evening HR, staffing, and scheduling support.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of home care and can confidently handle caregiver call-outs, open shifts, scheduling changes, and after-hours staffing needs with limited supervision.

Prior home-care agency experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide evening staffing and scheduling support from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM

• Respond promptly to caregiver call-outs and coverage issues

• Assist with filling open and urgent shifts

• Communicate schedule changes and assignments to caregivers

• Support next-day staffing preparation

• Follow up with caregiver applicants and prospective hires

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR follow-up

• Respond professionally to caregiver and client calls during assigned hours

• Document staffing changes, calls, incidents, and outstanding matters

• Provide clear handoff notes to the daytime office team

• Participate in rotating weekend and on-call coverage

• Escalate significant client, caregiver, or operational concerns appropriately

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior home-care agency experience is REQUIRED

• Previous home-care staffing or scheduling experience strongly preferred

• Experience communicating directly with caregivers and clients

• Familiarity with caregiver recruitment and onboarding preferred

• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Highly responsive and dependable

• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through

• Comfortable independently troubleshooting staffing issues

• Experience with home-care scheduling systems, ATS, or CRM platforms is a plus

• Must have reliable internet and an appropriate remote-work environment
