Back Human Resources Manager HR Manager Perm 75000 Sep 9, 2026 $75000.00 - $85000.00 Human Resources Manager 100% Onsite | South Shore, MA Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm Compensation: $75K–$85K The Nagler Group is partnering with an established hospitality organization on the South Shore that is looking to add an HR Manager to their team. This is a hands‑on HR role and a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist or HR Specialist who is ready to take the next step into an HR Manager position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning day‑to‑day HR operations while serving as an approachable, visible resource for employees and managers. Responsibilities include: Employee relations, coaching and performance management Benefits administration and employee support FMLA, MA PFML and leave administration Onboarding, offboarding and employee changes Payroll, timekeeping and PTO support 401(k) administration and reporting HR compliance, policies and documentation HRIS administration and reporting Supporting managers with day‑to‑day employee matters Ideal background: 5+ years of hands‑on HR experience Broad HR Generalist experience across employee relations, benefits and HR operations Strong interpersonal skills and confidence handling sensitive employee matters Experience with ADP or a similar HRIS Strong Excel and organizational skills Self‑motivated with the ability to independently manage priorities Comfortable working with a diverse employee population This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for increased ownership, visibility and the chance to grow into a true HR Manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
