GTM Coordinator, Cloud Native

About the role

Percona is hiring a GTM Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for our Cloud Native product line: PostgreSQL , MySQL , and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators . You will work alongside the Product Marketing Manager / GTM Owner to keep launches, campaigns, content, and community programs running on time and organized, giving you hands-on exposure to product marketing for a Kubernetes-native, open source product line.

What you'll do

• Coordinate launch logistics for new releases, features, and service offerings: timelines, checklists, cross-team follow-ups, and asset tracking.

• Help build and maintain GTM assets, including web page updates, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials, working from briefs provided by the PMM/GTM Owner.

• Support community, partner, and customer engagement activity, including coordinating interviews, gathering testimonials, and organizing case study material.

• Maintain and organize customer evidence: interview notes, quotes, proof points, and research inputs.

• Track campaign performance data and help prepare reporting on segmentation and demand generation results.

• Coordinate with Digital Marketing on scheduling and asset delivery for content, SEO, PPC, email, and social channels.

• Support event and CFP logistics for Kubernetes and database community events (submission tracking, deadlines, speaker coordination).

What you'll bring

• An interest in tech marketing.

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing, GTM, or coordination role.

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.

• Good writing skills and attention to detail.

• Basic comfort with data: pulling numbers together, spotting patterns, building simple reports.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• A proactive mindset: comfortable asking questions, following up, and keeping things moving without needing every step spelt out.
