The Opportunity

You've built real relationships across the international and civil airport security community. This role lets you put them to work on something that matters: protecting airports from unauthorized drone activity.

You'll lead complex, high-value sales campaigns from first conversation to close, working directly with airport executives, security leaders, and government stakeholders on a technology category that's still being defined. This is cyber-takeover counter-drone technology — not a mature, commoditized product line, but a rapidly growing market where your judgment and relationships genuinely shape outcomes.

Compensation reflects the seniority of the role: a base of $170,000-$210,000, plus top-tier benefits and a generous 401K.

Your Day-to-Day

• Drive revenue growth across major international and civil airport customers
• Build and expand relationships with airport executives, security leaders, and industry stakeholders
• Develop, qualify, and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities
• Lead sales engagements from initial contact through negotiation and close
• Expand existing accounts by introducing new capabilities
• Track customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in counter-UAS and aviation security
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings
• Partner with technical and business teams on customer solutions and proposals
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts
• Generate new opportunities through your network, referrals, and targeted outreach

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of sales experience selling complex technology, security, defense, or aviation solutions
• Established relationships within the international and civil airport security/force protection community
• Strong understanding of airport security, counter-UAS, aviation technology, or adjacent markets
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales campaigns from opportunity identification through close
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
• This is an in-office role when not traveling; based in McLean, VA
