Project Manager - Controls BAS

• High level of focus on Safety and use of Personal Protective Equipment on all Sites inclusive of ensuring any employee or subcontractor follows safety procedures.
• Integrity focused by doing the right thing in any situation.
• Being proactive in Communication both internal and external
• Development of project execution plan
• Schedules project resources, costs, and procurement of materials.
• Generates and submits progress bills and peruses timely payments from customers.
• Communicate project status to customer and management team on a regular basis.
• Provide direction to subcontractors, technicians, & engineering team.
• Jobsite communication and coordination with other trades.
• Write and Download controller software as needed.
• Ensure programming and commissioning get completed per design on schedule.
• Perform customer training as needed.
• Respond to warranty calls.
• Pursue Change Orders when practical
• Complete administrative tasks such as project documentation, weekly timesheet, expenditures, & vehicle maintenance on time.
• Proficient with HVAC Systems, Electrical understanding, & ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Participates in job take-offs and estimate reviews as required.
• Other duties as required by management.

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field or 6 years of direct field experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Can pass pre-employment drug screening
