Project Coordinator

Trading Card Asset Coordinator Overview of the position Assisting with the organization and fulfillment of trading card assets to vendors for production. Works with project managers and management to provide updates to outside vendors, internal team and prepare projects. The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned. Compile, manage, and ship assets needed for project completion to vendors. Managing the end of job inventory and keeping an accurate and up to date record for internal partners. Posting production documentation to internal teams and external vendors. Attending weekly meetings for production. Manage project-related paperwork. Other tasks as needed. College degree or equivalent work experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
