Contracts Specialist
National Radio Astronomy Observatory
The National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) seeks a Contracts Specialist to support complex agreements in a world-class research environment. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subawards, and MOUs for telecommunications, media, and advanced engineering projects. You will ensure compliance with NSF and federal regulations, manage contract workflows, and partner closely with legal, procurement, finance, and scientific teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking astronomical research while growing your expertise in research-focused contracting.
