Enterprise Program Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks an Enterprise Program Manager to oversee multiple concurrent implementation and service projects for medical technology solutions at strategic customers. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring deployment excellence across the MMS portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent BD implementation and service projects at strategic and complex customer accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic challenges and critical issue resolution across installed solutions
- Lead customer program meetings, value reviews, and progress reporting; manage internal and external escalations
- Develop and report program performance metrics, risk mitigation plans, and deployment roadmaps to leadership
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships and partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to support customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years healthcare, software, or device implementation/deployment experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex client challenges
- Proficiency with CRM, business systems software, and relevant project management tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25-50% overnight regionally
- Current immunizations including Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, Tetanus, and COVID-19 vaccination
