Position Schedule:

M-F 9am-5pm. Work evenings and weekends as business needs or events require. Will travel up to 20%.

Position Summary:

The Corporate Meetings Operations Specialist provides execution support for enterprise meetings, corporate events, and special initiatives. This role is responsible for managing event operations, registration technology, recognition program administration, branded materials, and event logistics to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across assigned meetings and programs.

Working in partnership with Corporate Event Planners, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, the incumbent supports operational planning, event technology, award fulfillment, inventory management, reporting, and onsite event execution. This role serves as an operational resource that enhances efficiency, ensures operational excellence, and supports the successful delivery of enterprise meetings and recognition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute operational logistics for assigned meetings, recognition programs, and enterprise events.

· Coordinate onsite event operations, attendee support, registration management, and logistical activities.

· Manage event materials, signage, branded assets, shipping, and event resource distribution.

· Develop and maintain event timelines, operational checklists, project plans, and implementation schedules.

· Travel as assigned to support Corporate Event Planners in the planning, setup, execution, and post-event activities for large-scale enterprise meetings, conferences, leadership meetings, and special events, to ensure successful event delivery.

· Administer event registration platforms, mobile applications, and attendee communication tools.

· Build, configure, and maintain event registration websites and mobile applications.

· Manage attendee registration, confirmations, reporting, and communications.

· Monitor registration activity and prepare participation reports and operational updates.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.

· Administer enterprise recognition and incentive award programs to include awards and merchandise fulfillment for events.

· Manage order processing, inventory, tracking, and distribution activities.

· Ensure accurate recipient information and timely award fulfillment.

· Support efforts to improve operational efficiency and participant experience.

· Maintain enterprise records for recognition programs, event participation, contest winners, and historical event data.

· Produce reports and analytics supporting program planning.

· Ensure data accuracy, documentation standards, and record retention requirements.

· Track metrics and identify opportunities that support continuous improvement.

· Coordinate procurement of meeting materials, branded merchandise, recognition resources, business cards, and event supplies.

· Partner with Corporate Event Planners, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Employee Communications, Procurement, and business leaders to support enterprise event execution.

· Serve as an operational liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the participant’s experience.

· Perform other related operational duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

· Two or more years of experience supporting corporate meetings, events, operations, or program administration.

· Administering event registration platforms, databases, and event technologies.

· Coordinating vendors, logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational processes.

· Supporting enterprise meetings, conferences, recognition programs, or employee events.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of:

· Corporate meetings, hospitality, conference operations, or employee experience.

Work Environment:

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy. Preferred candidate resides in close proximity to Dearborn, AOB.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $59,134- $75,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

Time Off & Leave

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.

• Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays.
