Description
Winterberry Gardens is seeking a person responsible for troubleshooting and repairing company vehicles and equipment. This role is ideal for an entry-level technician (lube tech), focused on performing basic maintenance such as oil changes, routine servicing, and general vehicle upkeep. Required: Minimum of 3+ years of experience

Good mechanical comprehension Job Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and routine servicing of vehicles and equipment
- Replace/assemble parts as assigned by work order or lead shop technician
- Work from service manuals, maintenance manuals, and construction equipment schematics
- Perform tasks with minimum supervision using experience and good judgment
- Operate all construction/maintenance equipment safely for its intended purpose
- Effectively communicate verbally with technical staff and other employees on machine problems or suggested improvements
- Possess a basic understanding of construction equipment systems and repair techniques
- Work effectively in a team environment and easily perform the role of team member
- Perform work utilizing safe practices and wear all necessary personal protective equipment
Compensation & Schedule:
- $22 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)
- 50+ hours per week
