Project Manager, Roofing Sales – South Denver SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION is a 1099 commission based position with average pay $70,000 - $150,000+ per year, with top performers earning $200,000+. This role requires strong door‑to‑door sales skills, self‑generation of leads, and project management from start to finish. Company‑provided leads and support system. What We Do Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach. Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners. Write and close roofing contracts. Collect payment. Manage the project from start to finish. Minimum 18 years of age, valid driver’s license required. Self‑starting, goal‑oriented, coachable, and disciplined. Reliable transportation; ladder ownership required; may use company trucks during business hours. Must be 21 years or older with a completed motor vehicle record check. Cell phone required. Comfortable with outside door‑to‑door sales and physically capable of climbing a ladder, walking on a roof, lifting 50 lbs, and not afraid of heights.
