Job Overview:Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Empower employees to excel in connecting customers to their world.Oversee all aspects of store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, and asset protection.Ensure the store operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for store employees.Build and maintain a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.Drive store performance while achieving sales, customer experience, and operational goals.Demonstrate strong leadership and a thorough understanding of the retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer concerns when needed.Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development.Hire and onboard passionate individuals who align with United Wireless values.Drive sales performance and ensure the store meets established goals and success metrics.Manage store inventory, merchandising, and overall operational excellence.Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure promotional programs are executed appropriately.Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.Stay current on products, services, sales strategies, and leadership practices.Create an inclusive and positive environment where employees feel supported and motivated.Follow and enforce United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards.Maintain a productive, customer-focused, and results-driven store environment.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old.Must be authorized to work in the United States.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Reliable transportation required.Flexible schedule required.1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.Previous leadership experience within a retail environment preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, and reasonable accommodations can be provided to support individuals with disabilities in performing essential job functions.Benefits (Full-Time Employees):Health, Dental, and VisionSTD, LTD & Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Phone Discount on ServiceAdditional T-Mobile PerksPay & Compensation:This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.About United Wireless:At United Wireless, we are more than just a retailer-we are a family.
