Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports. Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post. Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies. What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a drug test and background screening. Must successfully complete the required 16-hour PPSB training class in Durham, Greensboro, or Charlotte, North Carolina. M1 Global will sponsor the PPSB training class, application fees, and fingerprinting fees only. Must complete all required PPSB paperwork and documentation. Summary We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts , including weekdays and weekends . We are also seeking Flex Officers with open availability who can assist with filling open shifts when other guards are on vacation, call out, or are otherwise unavailable.
