Sales and Business Development Representative

Role Description In this role, the representative will engage in consultative, face-to-face with prospective and existing business and medical customers to present solutions, answer questions, and support client campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting service presentations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The representative will collaborate with the management and mentorship team to refine sales techniques, participate in training sessions, and contribute to the achievement of individual and team goals. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with customers, with an interest in consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships.
