Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure and credentials as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience providing OT services within a school setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable navigating IEP processes and working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate approach and cultural sensitivity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
  • Assess students' functional abilities and create customized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate staff and families on supportive strategies
  • Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
