As a COTA at Lexington Park, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by helping them maintain their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive function. Your expertise will enable our residents to achieve their goals, regain independence, and live life to the fullest.

Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Implement occupation-based interventions to promote functional mobility, cognitive function, and overall well-being

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers

• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

Requirements:

• Current COTA certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
