Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Rolling Hills Health & Rehab. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being. Responsibilities: Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our residents Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including but not limited to, activities of daily living (ADL) training, cognitive stimulation, and sensory integration Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote optimal functioning and independence Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents Participate in resident care conferences and other multidisciplinary team meetings Requirements: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies or related field a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to working with seniors and their families What We Offer: [Note: Since benefits are "n/a", I did not include this section] #J-18808-Ljbffr
