Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Oregon Locations Pay: $23–$25 per hour | Sign-on Bonuses Available! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide hands‑on support, build lasting relationships, and help create inclusive communities where everyone can thrive. What You’ll Do Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks. Encourage independence and self‑advocacy in a respectful, person‑centered way. Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support. Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to deliver high‑quality, individualized care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred. Skills & Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator. Certifications: Current CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain prior to hire) Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire) DSP Tier 1 & Tier 2 Core Competencies (or willingness to complete training) Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license (minimum 6 months) and reliable transportation Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Full Life Competitive Pay: $23–$25 per hour Bonuses:
