As an AR DSP, you will be assigned where coverage is needed most across our programs. This role requires flexibility to work at different locations and adjust to varying support environments. Responsibilities include:Building positive, supportive relationships with individuals servedAssisting with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasksSupporting community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goalsEncouraging independence, confidence, and skill developmentAdministering medications and completing documentation accuratelyMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environmentAdvocating for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you supportEvery day is different, and every day makes a difference.
