Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: LA City Fire Card required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Scrub preferred.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Block schedule requests are per manager discretion. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Lab items requested during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing the contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Dual lab CV/IR setting. Administration/monitoring of procedural sedation, circulating procedures, diagnostic right and left heart cath, interventional cath, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, and pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call 5 - 6 shifts every 2 weeks. Every other weekend call only, from Fri at 5:30pm until Mon 7AM, plus 1 day during the week. 30 min response time.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
