Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 / Hour DOE

Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Check clinical emails and respond at the start of each day
• Make bank deposits and retrieve mail from the post office
• Keep credentials and licenses current
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
• Assist with difficult patients and ensure proper scheduling
• Oversee billing and scheduling, ensuring communication with billing entities
• Maintain accurate infusion nurse notes, medications, and scheduling

Office Manager Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in-office email and Excel for invoicing and billing
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with flexibility for the right candidate
• Open to candidates without prior medical office management experience who demonstrate eagerness to learn
