We work hard, support one another, and take pride in winning as a team, all while keeping things fun (and yes, your four-legged friend is welcome at the office).What You'll Do:Serve as the financial and strategic partner to the Hard Goods leadership teamBuild robust financial models to support pricing, promotion, assortment, and other key business decisionsAnalyze large, complex data sets and translate insights into clear, executive-ready recommendationsPartner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and broader Finance teamsEffectively manage numerous projects at a given time in a fast-paced environmentDevelop and track against business forecastsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar required; MBA preferred5+ years of relevant experience (Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Ops/Supply Chain Finance), preferably with an understanding of brand or retail finance and financial modelingResults-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentalityStrong analytical and modeling skills (building from the ground up), and experience in supporting business case development, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysisAdvanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big pictureExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to deal with adversity and rapidly changing operating conditions while still delivering to expectationsEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort in both early stage and corporate environmentsFamiliarity with an e-commerce or retail business model a plusExperience with SQL and Hyperion a plusTravel not requiredThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
